Tim Rosener

Tim Rosener is the mayor of Sherwood, Oregon. He is passionate about making government work better for everyone using technology. Rosener's commitment to the intersection of technology and government is a driving force in his career. He began his career as a programmer at Springbrook Software, helping local governments implement new computer systems to improve their operations. From this early role, he learned how technology can make government more effective for both employees and the people they serve.

Tim continued his career in the government technology sector (GovTech), holding leadership positions at several companies where he led initiatives to modernize IT operations and improve efficiency. He served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Manager of CivicPay at Springbrook Software, where he was responsible for company growth, including overseeing the acquisition and integration of other firms. Additionally, he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Finance and Administration Solutions at Accela, Inc., where he managed the Local Government ERP product portfolio and directed the integration of Springbrook Software following its acquisition. Furthermore, Rosener founded his own company, AEQUO Consulting, to help government technology firms and local governments navigate the intersection of technology and local governance.
