Rita Reynolds

Rita Reynolds has been with the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) for 20 years. Prior to that she served as a iscal/computer consultant to 36 of the 67 county Children and Youth agencies in Pennsylvania. In her current role as CIO for CCAP, she provides day to day administrative oversight of the Association's information technology strategy. This includes the operation and maintenance of the Association’s internal computer and communication systems and assisting staff in maximizing technological capabilities, as well as representing CCAP and its affiliated associations as they develop cross-agency systems among CCAP county membership, the Commonwealth, and other agencies. Under her leadership CCAP has developed multiple technology programs and services for counties including a website hosting and design program, a Unified Case Management (UCM) for criminal justice agencies, as well as aggregate software agreements for Microsoft and other software packages.
