Nolan Sunderman

Nolan Sunderman serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for the City of Olathe. He previously worked in Kansas communities beginning in 2007 in the City of Lansing, Prairie Village, and most recently Shawnee where he served as City Manager. Mr. Sunderman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and master’s degree in public administration from Missouri State University. He is a member in numerous professional organizations including the International City/County Management Association and the Kansas Association of City/County Management. Nolan is also a graduate of the Certified Public Manager program through the University of Kansas Public Management Center and recently earned the Alliance For Innovation Strategic Foresight Certificate.
