James Massaquoi

James joined Osage Venture Partners as an Analyst in 2021. He focuses on sourcing investment opportunities and providing portfolio support. Prior to joining Osage, James spent a year as an Account Manager for Amazon in the Mass Beauty Division. His experience includes internships at Google in the AdWords division and as a University Innovation Fellow at Stanford Hasso Plattner Institute of Design. He has worked as a venture capital intern for DuPont Ventures and as a policy intern in the office of the Governor John Carney. James served as an entrepreneurship instructor for high-achieving minority students in Delaware and as a junior board member for Junior Achievement of Delaware.

As a college student James co-founded 360VR Technology, a software startup that utilizes 3-D modeling technology to assist with building management, security, and emergency response. He co-led the venture to over $300K in non-dilutive funding, get accepted in multiple accelerators (Capital Factory & MassChallenge), and piloted the product with large enterprise clients.

James graduated University of Delaware with a B.A. in English and a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
