Eric Mattson

Stanford Graduate School of Business. Before starting at Stanford, he worked as a customer success manager and led the east coast customer success team at OpenGov. In this role, Eric worked directly with hundreds of city and county clients to drive value from the OpenGov platform and improved retention and sales across the portfolio of customers. He has extensive experience working with local governments, including those in leadership roles like departments heads and city managers. While at OpenGov, he also generated over $1M in up-sells and created the company’s reference and referral program.
