Brandon serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at the National League of Cities (NLC), where he develops value added partnerships to enhance government efficiency and cost savings for NLC members. Previously, as the National Program Director for the NACo Financial Services Corp (FSC), he developed technology and employee benefits partnerships, including cybersecurity, mental health awareness and professional development training, benefitting county governments nationwide. He also contributed to the development of the largest defined contribution retirement plan in the world through the Thrift Savings Plan’s (TSP) Blended Retirement Program during his tenure at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB). Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Engineering in Cybersecurity Policy & Compliance from George Washington University.
