CivStart Graduates Fourth GovTech Accelerator Cohort, Prepares for AI-in-Gov Focused Sixth

WASHINGTON, DC, AUGUST 31, 2024 - CivStart is proud to graduate nine more startups to add to its growing portfolio of companies who have participated in the unique govtech accelerator program. The 24 month program began September 2022 and ends today, August 31, 2024. Nearly all of the companies involved experienced significant growth over the 24 month period, receiving varied support from CivStart including mentorship, curriculum, focus groups, pitch opportunities, fundraising support, and much more.

As CivStart moves to announce it’s new, 2024 AI-in-Gov Accelerator cohort on September 4th, the program will now be run during a more intensive 12 months, with a focus on AI in Government. Now in partnership with the National League of Cities (NLC), the Accelerator will also benefit from the association’s direct access and understanding of municipal technology needs and challenges.
